With more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Michelle Ralph has experience dealing in residential, commercial, development and off the plan sales, in addition to key leadership roles in multiple agencies. Her reputation in the industry has been built on her meticulous attention to detail, passion for people, positive attitude, and innovative, progressive sales techniques.

At the beginning of 2013, Michelle joined the team at Abode Real Estate, based in Cottesloe, specialising in property sales within Perth’s western suburbs. When Abode Real Estate acquired Paxton Hoad in early 2016, Michelle was appointed as Licensee of the Subiaco agency and subsequently oversaw the relocation of this long-standing company across to Cottesloe then merging this business with Abode Real Estate.

Michelle says “I have somewhat of a dual role. I work hard to keep our amazing company running well and our team of 21 happy, productive and thriving. And in addition to this, I work hard selling beautiful homes where people build beautiful lives. I feel incredibly grateful to have a role that enables me to make a meaningful contribution to the business and the members of our team, and still continue to work hard for my clients in the sale of their home.”

In 2019 Michelle founded WOMAN UP, a business on a mission to help professional women empower themselves and each other. With a focus on community and mentor style relationships and an expressed purpose of helping one another to be our best.

When Michelle isn’t working hard, she loves to travel, spend time with her enormous family and can often be found cheering loudly for her husband, Sean, in his many triathlon races all over the world.
