Abode Real Estate continue to take actions and precautions to minimise the potential impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) for all of our team members, clients and our community.
We have implemented a number of measures to respond to and limit the spread of COVID-19. We continue to operate out of an abundance of caution and dedication to keeping our employees, customers and partners healthy.
Our precautions are listed below, and we will continue to review and update these on an ongoing basis-
• Prior to accessing any homes for routine inspections, our team will request a questionnaire be filled out by the occupants, identifying if they have had any direct contact with anyone displaying symptoms.
• We have put a limit on number of parties for all home opens, with a maximum of 2 groups to attend any scheduled viewing.
• We are limiting face to face appointments wherever possible, and encouraging the use of technology including 3D virtual tours, phone and emails to ensure we continue.
